RIVERTON — Connie Marie Martinez-Delahoz of Riverton, Wyoming passed away on Sunday, February 25, 2018, in Casper, Wyoming.
She attended schools in Rock Springs, Wyoming and was a member of the DECA Club at RSHS.
Her interests included: camping, arts, and crafts, stained glass work, watching movies, listening to music, and spending quality time with her family.
She was a dedicated mother and wife and truly loved life. She was a beautiful soul with a generous heart who was always willing to put others needs above her own. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
Connie is survived by her loving husband Guillermo Delahoz, young son Michael Delahoz and daughters Stormy Smith and boyfriend Scott Wilson, Sierra Martinez and boyfriend Collin St. John all of Riverton, Wyoming; as well as her goddaughter Denika Martinez, maternal grandmother Marcella Salazar, mother Ruth Salazar and boyfriend Mark Douglas, father Jerry Martinez of Colorado, brothers James Baker from Rock Springs, Doug Martinez and wife Becky Rattler-Martinez of Montana, sisters Rachael Munoz-Martinez, Kendra Baker Villanueva and husband Felipe Villanueva, Tammie Herrera of Riverton and many nieces, nephews, and cousins whom she loved very much.
She was preceded in death by her maternal grandfather Leopoldo Salazar, her beloved sister Jeri Lee Black, and brother Richard Arndt.
Her Celebration of Life will be held at 3 p.m. on Thursday, March 1, 2018 at 2307 Sierra Road in Rock Springs, Wyoming with a small coffee reception in Riverton, Wyoming on Saturday, March 3, 2018 at 2 p.m. in the common room of Rendezvous Senior Citizen Apartments located at 901 E. Sunset Drive.
