Adorable Adoptables: Poncho, Annie, & Midnight

Your next fuzzy family member could be at a Sweetwater County Animal Shelter.

Each week, we will highlight Pets of the Week currently available at local shelters, sponsored by Mountainaire Animal Clinic.

This week, we are highlighting pets at Red Desert Animal Control in Rock Springs. Swipe right on these good lookin’ animals.

Poncho the Lab Mix

Hello! I’m an 18-month-old male Lab Retriever Mix. I’ve got lots of puppy love and energy to give. I’m friendly, happy-go-lucky, and did I mention I have lots of energy? I’m good with dogs and I love people. I’m neutered and ready to go home!

Annie the Terrier Mix

Hey there! I’m Annie. I’m a 2-5 year old female Wire Hair Terrier Mix. I’ve got the cutest ears that perk up on top of my head. I’ve had a hard life, so I’m very shy and very timid. I’m going to need someone who will take it very slow so that I can learn to trust. I’ve already made friends at the shelter and I’m sweet and loving with them. But it will take some time. Please help me learn that humans are good.

Midnight the Cat

Hello! I’m a 2-year-old male cat. You might recognize me as the stunt double for the black cat in Sabrina the Teenage Witch. I decided to retire from film and focus on my other hobbies, like being good with other cats and small dogs (which I am!). I’m super friendly. I care more about being pet than eating treats. Petting is life.
