UPDATE — At 6:35 pm, WYDOT and Wyoming Highway Patrol announced the Amber Alert was canceled and the child has been located and is safe.

A Wyoming Amber Alert has been issued on behalf of the Wind River Police Department for a missing 6-year-old girl.

The missing child is Savone M. Jorgenson, who is 6 years old, 3 ft, 5 inches tall and 100 pounds. She has black hair and black eyes. She also has a scar on her left eye and a missing front tooth.

She was last seen at 11 pm on January 4, 2021, in her bed on the Wind River Reservation at her residence. She was wearing a gray shirt with yellow sleeves and pink tights. When she was checked on this morning and she was was not in her room. Her window was open and clothes were missing.
