ROCK SPRINGS – Angela Langley, 45, of Rock Springs, passed away at her home on Thursday, October 9. A longtime resident of Rock Springs, Wyoming, she passed away following a lengthy illness.
She was born in Torrington, Wyoming on July 3, 1969, the daughter of Robert Leslie Spence and Victoria Jean Hennessey.
Ms. Langley attended schools in Rock Springs, Wyoming and graduated from Rock Springs High School with the Class of 1988
She married Gary Don Langley in Rock Springs, Wyoming on April 29, 1992 and he preceded her in death in Rock Springs, Wyoming on November 25, 1998.
Ms. Langley worked as a truck driver for John Bunning Transfer for ten years.
Her interests included fishing, camping, spending time with her children and grandchildren and the rest of the family. She especially loved to do crafts.
Survivors include her partner Lynda Jensen of Rock Springs, Wyoming; and step-father John Lewis; four sons Michael Lewis and wife Tiffany, Shawn Jensen, Anthony Jensen, Robert Teters, all of Rock Springs and Christopher Langley of Las Vegas, Nevada; three daughters Natasha Lewis and significant other Andrew Calderone of Guernsey, Wyoming, Tearanny Calhoun and husband Quentin of Rock Springs, Wyoming and Cassie Langley of Rock Springs, Wyoming; one brother Jon Lewis and wife Dawn of Rock Springs, Wyoming; two sisters Christy Lewis of Omaha, Nebraska and Kim McGaulthin; fourteen grandchildren, Kyler, Athyn, Xzayviana, Michael, Jennette, Zachary, Garrett, Brooklynn, Jaylee, Wyatt, Cally, Caiden, Payton and Ezra; father-in-law Robert Langley, niece Shalonda Miller and significant other Ronnie Calderone of Bonners Ferry, Idaho, nephew Edward Miller of Rock Springs, Wyoming, aunt and uncle Tom and Dena Jankowski of Rock Springs, Wyoming, aunt Diane Purviance of Independence, Missouri and uncle Dan Hennessey of Independence, Missouri. Other family includes Wade and Betty Jensen, Terry Jensen, Kerry Jensen, Chad Jensen and Kim Lange.
She was preceded in death by her parents Vicki Lewis and Robert Spence; one brother Robert Leslie Spencer, Jr.; one sister Leslie Miller Gillespie; one uncle Eddie Purviance; one cousin Melissa Moon; one nephew Robert John Miller; grandmother Naomi Jankowski and grandfather Robert Hennessey.
Following cremation a memorial service will held at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, October 14, at the Rock Springs Worship Center, 3317 Dewar Drive, Rock Springs, Wyoming.
