Aquafina Pitch, Hit and Run Skill Competition to be Held Saturday

ROCK SPRINGS — Boys and girls age 7 to 14 will get a chance to demonstrate their skills in a competition this weekend. The Aquafina Pitch, Hit and Run Official Skills Competition of Major League Baseball will be held Saturday, May 2, 2015 at the Paul J. Wataha Ball Field Complex. Registration will begin at 10:30 am that day.

This is a free national skills program for boys and girls, said JJ Syvrud, Superintendent of Civic Center Programs. “Winners of each skill event, along with all-around high scorers in each age group will have the opportunity to advance to the regional competition in Riverton,” he explained.
