Boys & Girls Club Raises $18K for Fine Arts Program

SWEETWATER COUNTY– Boys & Girls Club of Sweetwater County in partnership with the Mule Deer Foundation help to raise $18,000.00 for the Fine Arts Program.

With the support from the Mule Deer Foundation, President/C.E.O Miles Moretti and staff, The Boys & Girls Club of Sweetwater County auctioned their 2019 Wyoming Commissioner’s License at the Western Hunting & Conservation Expo day auction Friday February 15, 2019 in Salt Lake City, Utah.

The Club would also acknowledge the immense generosity of the Mule Deer Foundation as the organization is returning 100% of all auctioned proceeds back to the Boys & Girls Club.

“We are beyond grateful for the help in auctioning our License, the Mule Deer Foundation and all who were associated with the sale are amazing individuals who have helped to make our Club and Program so much stronger,” said Lisa Stewart C.E.O Boy & Girls Club of Sweetwater County.

“We would also like to thank Commissioner, Mark Anselmi, for the opportunity to have the License. Contributions, such as the Wyoming Commissioner’s License have enabled our youth to engage in a new and improved art room with opportunity to grow,” Stewart added.

The License was given by President and Commissioner Mark Anselmi, in benefit for youth to learn and engage in the fine arts. Since the release of the license, The Club has been working on new projects in the art room.

Majority of all member have been creating pieces that will soon be recognized at the first “Dinner & An Art Show” Wednesday March 6, 2019 from 5 to 7 pm at the Boys & Girls Club of Sweetwater County.
