Oliver Pat and Verion Lee Brangham are celebrating their 60th wedding anniversary.
The couple met and attended high school together in Green River, Wyoming, and were married on April 23, 1962, in Paris, Idaho.
Pat was in the U.S. Army for three years; Verion accompanied him in Fort Benning, GA, after boot camp and he then worked at Little America, FMC and then over 30 years with the Ironworkers until his retirement.
Verion is also retired after working in various cafes in Green River and as a licensed cosmetologist and owning a styling salon for a number of years.
They made their home in Green River and remodeled the house which is a reflection of Verion’s design ideas and Pat’s craftsmanship skills. They also have a “love shack” in Atlantic City, Wyoming, that displays their same design/skill style.
The couple have five children, Roni Dale, Kim Brangham, Matt Brangham, Bart Brangham and Brett Brangham; 16 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren and another on the way.
