ROCK SPRINGS — According to the City of Rock Springs the first Concert in the Park has been cancelled due to weather. According to a post on social media, “Remember just a while ago we told you about the incredibly talented Ashley Buchart Band who was scheduled to perform at Bunning Park tonight? Unfortunately Mother Nature has overruled the city parks department and the concert has been cancelled due to the weather.”
