ROCK SPRINGS – There is still time left for residents to participate in the Name the New School Contest.
Recently, Sweetwater County School District No. 1 broke ground on a new K-4 school which is located on Stagecoach Boulevard. The district is giving residents a chance to name the new school.
The name must have a geographical or historical significance to Sweetwater County. Go to the district website to fill out an online form or to print out a form. Name ideas have to be submitted by Aug. 13.

The winning name will be recognized at a future Sweetwater County School District No. 1 Board meeting.
