Events Complex Looking For a Few Good Volunteers for Mountain States Rodeo

SWEETWATER COUNTY – An annual event is preparing for another stop in Rock Springs and the Sweetwater Events Complex is looking for a little help.

The dirt will start flying on Oct. 22 as the Mountain States Circuit Finals Rodeo hits Sweetwater County. It is one of the largest indoor rodeos in the country. The last day of the rodeo is Oct. 24.

To keep the rodeo running smoothly, the Events Complex is looking for people interested in volunteering at the event. Not only are they looking for regular volunteers,the complex is also looking for people who have horse and/or livestock experience that would like to volunteer with the actual rodeo livestock.

The Mountain States Circuit Finals features the top 12 PRCA rodeo cowboys and cowgirls from the region.  Officials said it’s first class rodeo action in an indoor arena setting which make is up close and personal.

Officials describe the event as “Rodeo so close you’ll be tasting dirt too.”
