Flags in Wyoming to Fly at Half-Staff in Honor of Victims of Brussels Attack

WYOMING — Governor Matthew H. Mead, pursuant to President Barack Obama’s Proclamation, has ordered both the Wyoming and the U.S. flag be flown at half-staff statewide from March 22, 2016, until sunset Saturday, March 26, 2016, out of respect for the victims in Brussels, Belgium.
