Fontenelle Dam to Increase Water Releases Thursday

LA BARGE — The Bureau of Reclamation announced Monday evening that it will be increasing water releases at Fontenelle Dam starting Thursday, May 12.

Water releases from the Fontenelle Dam are scheduled to increase from 825 cfs to 1,600 cfs, according the Bureau of Reclamation.

As of Monday, the Fontenelle Reservoir’s elevation is a little more than 6,479 feet and its inflow is 1,211 cfs.
