New Family Physician
Castle Rock Medical Center is extremely pleased to announce the arrival of their newest Family Physician, Dr. Lynn Eskelson.
Lynn P. Eskelson, M.D. (Dr. E) has been a Family Medicine/Emergency Room Physician for 28 years. He is board certified in Family Medicine and has practiced in Preston, Idaho for the last 25 years.
Dr. Eskelson graduated from the University of Utah Medical School and completed his residency at the University of Wyoming Cheyenne and the University of Utah Ogden component.
Meet and Greet
The Castle Rock Medical Center understands it can be difficult transitioning to a new primary care provider and would like to help ease this transition. They are offering a FREE “Meet and Greet” visit with Dr. Eskelson, or any of their other providers. A Meet and Greet visit will allow a patient to establish a relationship with a new provider.
Please understand that as part of the Meet and Greet visits, providers will not be able to address new concerns or adjust a patient’s medication plans, but they will enjoy the opportunity to meet patients and establish a therapeutic relationship.
Flu Shots
Don’t get caught off guard and under the weather with flu season quickly approaching. Get a flu shot. Call in October to schedule an appointment for your flu vaccine.
