ROCK SPRINGS – Beard ‘N’ Lady Catering will be making their debut at the Main Street Market (downtown farmer’s market) this year.

Owned by Rock Springs Native Blake Carothers and his wife Shawn Sweeney, Beard ‘N’ Lady Catering will have local canned goods, including a variety of pickled products, BBW sauces, hot sauce, Bloody Mary mix, vinegars, green chili base and more.

Classically trained chefs from Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts, Blake and Shawn make all of their products from scratch and are also USDA certified for Acid/Acidified canning. They hope to provide some unique artisanal products for the local community.
