Albert Jobey Vigil, 52, of Gillette, was sentenced by Chief Federal District Court Judge Nancy D. Freudenthal on August 11, 2015, for viewing child pornography on the internet. Vigil was arrested in Gillette. He received 120 months imprisonment, to be followed by seven years of supervised release, and was ordered to pay a $400 fine, restitution in the amount of $150 and a $100 special assessment.
