GREEN RIVER – Painting with a Twist is back as the Green River Arts Council will get things underway for the youth and adult art class on Sept. 27.

The event is for children, 8-years-old and up, from 1 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. at the the Pavilion on Expedition Island. The friendly and experienced staff will guide your child step-by-step to make a summer sailboat painting.  Children 13-years-old and under will need an adult present. Light refreshments will be provided for all participants.

If residents register on or before Sept. 19, the cost is $25. It is $35 after. There will also be an adult class from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Cost is $45 if you register before Sept. 20 and $55 after. Register at http://www.paintingwithatwist.com/murray.
