SWEETWATER COUNTY – A Green River man was arrested Tuesday by county deputies and SNAAG detectives, charged with multiple offenses stemming from a March assault outside the Bareback Saloon in Rock Springs.
According to a press release from the Sweetwater County Sheriff’s Office:
Ryan Cole Lundgren, 23, was taken into custody at a residence in Green River. He is charged with Aggravated Assault and Battery, Reckless Endangering, and Battery in the case, which is under investigation by the Rock Springs Police Department.
At a bond hearing on Wednesday in Circuit Court in Rock Springs before Judge Craig Jones, Lundgren’s bond was set at $20,000.00, cash or surety. As of press time, he remains in custody at the Sweetwater County Detention Center.
Reckless Endangering and Battery are misdemeanors. Aggravated Assault and Battery is a felony that carries a maximum possible penalty of not more than 10 years in prison, a fine of not more than $10,000, or both.
