ROCK SPRINGS – Get a little lunch and support a good cause Tuesday at Western Wyoming Community College.

The WWCC Paraprofessional Alliance will be having a hot dog sale at the pendulum on Tuesday, Feb. 16. The sale will run from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. The group will also be selling raffle tickets.

The money raised will go to charity. Recently, the Alliance gave an update to the WWCC Board of Trustees. They informed the board they had decided on an organization to help.

The proceeds raised will go to the Central Wyoming Aviary, a non-profit avian rescue located in Riverton.

The Alliance told the board they decided on the aviary because it is just starting and does not receive any funding at this point. The Alliance added there is a member of the aviary in Green River and another in Superior.
