ROCK SPRINGS — The Mountain States Circuit Finals kicks off Thursday, October 23-Saturday October 25 at the Sweetwater Events Complex in the Indoor Arena. It is the only indoor PRCA Pro Rodeo in Southwest Wyoming and one of only twelve circuits across the United States. Doors open at 6 pm and rodeo begins at 7:30 pm.
Each night, Thursday thru Saturday, will feature a complete rodeo line up of 96 competitors. Only the top twelve money earners in each events are selected to participate in the circuit finals rodeo competing for $42,000 in prize money and other awards. The lineup will include twelve competitors nightly in the following events: bareback riders, saddle bronc riders, bull riders, barrel racers, tie down ropers, steer wrestlers and team roping events.
The indoor arena has limited seating of 1,500 seats. Spectators can sit within feet of the extreme action and truly is the “Rodeo so close you’ll be tasting dirt too.” Mountain States contestants include the following National Finals Rodeo Champions and Contenders: Seth Glause, Jhett Johnson, Bobby Welsch, Jason Miller, Josh Peek, Casey Colletti, Tyler Willis, Kelly Yates and Christy Loflin.
