KEMMERER – The Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office is seeking anyone with information on a missing woman from Lincoln County.
Joann Hakes, 42, went missing on Jan. 3, 2015 from Lincoln County. Hakes is 5-foot, 3-inches tall and weighs about 140. She has brown hair and hazel eyes. The Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office said her hair may be dyed blonde.
She was last seen wearing a black fleece jacket, blue jeans and a white t-shirt.
