Jobs Pricing

Listing your job on the Jobs Board starts at only $250/position for 45 days.

That includes:

  • Your job listing shown on Jobs Board for 45 days (jobs are listed in chronological order of posting date)
  • All jobs are randomly sorted through the Jobs Board sidebar widget that shows on all of our pages and articles

You can upgrade your job post with a featured listing or another add-on, such as a social media blast or a highlight in our daily newsletter.

Do you have a job that you need filled immediately or just want your job to stay at the top of the Jobs Board?

We can do that with a Featured Listing! We only allow 3 featured job listings at one time so that we can offer those employers an exclusive opportunity to get their jobs front-and-center.

Featured listings stick to the top of the Jobs Board and are highlighted.

Featured listing prices are based on weekly increments and we even include the base job listing at no charge! (a $250 value)

  • 1 week: $700
  • 2-3 weeks: $500/wk.
  • 4-5 weeks: $400/wk.
  • 6 or more weeks: Email us to discuss length of time and discounted pricing

We have included some of our most popular requests as optional add-ons for your job listing!

Job add-ons are additional to the base rate of $250.

Post Bump ($100): Bump your post back to the top of the job board, even multiple times, during your 45-day run. (This does not extend your original post length. If you want your job to stay at the top, please look at a featured listing.)

Facebook Blast ($100): We take your job listing and create a custom and personalized social media post. Then we blast it out in front of over 30,000+ followers on our SweetwaterNOW and WyoJobs Facebook pages.

Daily Newsletter Feature ($500): We have over 3,500 subscribers that read our daily newsletter. That’s more subscribers than both local newspapers! We take your job listing and create a feature in our newsletter to send out on whatever day you choose. We only allow one job feature per day.

Why do I have to create an account?

We ask that you create an account so that it streamlines your job listing from when you submit the form and payment to when it goes up on the jobs board.

You only have to create an account for your first listing. After that, use your login to create new job listings or email us to re-use previous job listings. With your account, we can help organize your recruitment marketing on our site.

What kind of things should I include in my job listing?

You’re free to include anything in your job listing that you feel pertains to your opening. Information such as job duties, position requirements, prerequisites, hours, and compensation/benefits are typically the most helpful.

We also think it’s helpful to include a logo and your website information (if applicable).

Where will my job be displayed?

With our base job listing, your job will be live on for 45 days!

Do you want a featured listing or your own Facebook post, highlighting your job to our 30,000+ followers? Just ask us about our job add-ons.

What happens if I fill my opening in less than 45 days?

So you filled your position before the post expired? Great!

Ideally, we would love to help you fill your opening the very same day that we post it. When you post your job listings with us it is served to the largest online audience in Southwest Wyoming. It is our goal to send applicants your way as quick as we can.

However, if you fill the job and would like the post to be taken down, we are more than happy to take care of that for you.

Once a job is posted, we do not offer refunds.

Will I get a partial refund if I fill my opening sooner than expected?

No, we do not offer partial or full refunds for positions that have been posted. If you fill an opening in less than 45 days, then we will be happy to take the listing down for you. Our rates are based on the size of our audience and not a set period of time.

What if I need to make a change to a listing I submitted?

Forgot a detail? Made an error? No worries!

We are happy to make any minor edits to your post within 24 hours of initial payment. Email your request to or call (307) 922-0700 ext. 706

What if I have a specialized or hard-to-fill position?

We’ve dealt with those type of jobs before! Send us an email to and our recruitment marketing team can discuss some options for you such as targeting specific demographics or using some of our social media tools.

These tools may require an additional fee.

What if I need to post more than one job?

Need to post more than one job? Great!

We are happy to offer bundled rates and customized posting plans.
