SWEETWATER COUNTY — Four men were arrested as part of a joint operation by local law enforcement.

According to Chief Pacheco:  

A joint agency operation involving Detectives, Deputies and Officers of the Rock Springs Police Department Street Crimes Unit (SCU) and the Sweetwater County Sheriff’s Office Sheriff’s Narcotics and Arrest Group (SNAAG) conducted a prostitution suppression operation on May 18th, 2016 resulting in 4 arrests.  

– Davey Drew Scott (31) of Arizona was arrested for Soliciting an Act of Prostitution, a misdemeanor.

– Juan Ramon Leon (33) of Rock Springs was arrested for Soliciting an Act of Prostitution, a misdemeanor.

– Joseph Daniel Magana (29) of Rock Springs was arrested for Soliciting an Act of Prostitution, a misdemeanor.

– David Wayne Schultz (29) of Green River was arrested for Soliciting an Act of Prostitution, a misdemeanor.

All four men were incarcerated at the Sweetwater County Detention Facility without incident.

All persons are innocent until proven guilty.
