GREEN RIVER – Katie L. Seiller, 62, of Green River, Wyoming passed away on Tuesday, December 2, 2014 at the Mission Convalescent Center in River, Wyoming. A longtime resident of Green River, Wyoming, Mrs. Seiller died following a brief illness.
She was born on September 2, 1952 in Charlo, Montana, the daughter of the late Jerl and Ara Weber. Mrs. Sieller attended schools in Charlo and was a 1970 graduate of the Charlo High School. She married Kelvin Seiller in St. Ignatious, Montana on January 15, 1972.
Mrs. Seiller was employed at FMC for thirty-one years and retired in 2008 as a Control Room Operator. Her interests included crochetting, riding motorcycles, playing with her grandchildren, cooking and socializing with friends and family. She was a member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles Auxillaries #151 and #2350 and Eagle Riders #2350 in support for Toys for Tots.
Survivors include her husband Kelvin Seiller of Green River, Wyoming; two sons Kane Sieiler and wife Mary of Twin Falls, Idaho and Kelly Seiller of Minot, North Dakota; one daughter Kristy Wallace and husband Ivan of Green River, Wyoming; three brothers Pete Weber of Superior, Nebraska and John Weber and Milton Weber both of Charlo, Montana; eight sisters Hazel Trussler of Polson, Montana, Rose Noel of Hardin, Montana, Darleen Soloman and husband Ray of Polson, Montana, Roberta Fite and husband Dwayne of Stevensville, Montana, Eleanor Mitchell and husband Jack of Tacoma, Washington, Lydia Pippins of Temple, Texas, Linda Taylor and husband Bill of Temple, Texas, and Terry McGuire and husband Mike of Ridgecrest, California; seven grandchildren Kimberly Seiller, Emalie Seiller, Keiara Staley, Kelton Seiller, Kelce Seiller , Leona Grimes and Aurora Grimes; several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents; one son Kelvin Bruce Seiller, Jr.; two brothers Jerl Weber and Charles Weber.
Cremation will take place and a celebration of her life will be conducted 10 a.m. Saturday, December 6, 2014 at the Fraternal Order of the Eagles #2350, 88 North 2nd East, Green River, Wyoming.
