ROCK SPRINGS — There will be something for children of all ages on Wednesday, August 4, better known as “Kids’ Day” at Wyoming’s Big Show this year.
Lanky the Clown and Pirate Man Dan will be strolling the grounds all day, while hypnotist Michael Swenson and Zuma Zuma Acrobats will be performing multiple shows throughout the day to amaze audiences.
Wild Science! has many interactive zones to get kids interested in science. If your child loves animals, you won’t want to miss shows by Wildlife Wendy with her tropical birds, and Reptile Adventures featuring snakes and more.
Stop by the petting zoo to pet and feed cute animals, and kids can even ride a pony. 4-H & FFA will also have a swine show, sheep, goat, and wool judging on Wednesday.
Local organization will have booths and giveaways with items specifically for kids. Local law enforcement and ambulance services will be giving away bike safety items and have service dogs for kids to meet. Come for a day full of family-friendly fun at Wyoming’s Big Show®.

Ticket for kids are $7 in advance and $10 at the gate. Adult tickets are $12 in advance and $15 at the gate. McDonald’s will be giving away free tickets at all three locations (1607 Elk St. and 1687 Sunset Dr. in Rock Springs and 599 E 4th S. in Green River) beginning Monday, August 2.
Giveaway tickets are first come, first serve with limited tickets per family. Each location will have 300 tickets, so be sure to stop by and grab your ticket to fun at Wyoming’s Big Show.
