Laurie Ann (McQuillan) Tyler, 81, of Ogden, Utah, passed away on December 22, 2021.
She was born to Jack and Lola (Casses) McQuillan in Rock Springs, Wyoming, where she met her high school sweetheart, Charles James Tyler. They married on June 30, 1957, and shortly after moved to Ogden, Utah. Together they raised their five children; Charles (Chuck), Jack, Kenny, Sheila and Teri. As a family they spent most of their time outdoors fishing and hunting in the Monte Cristo area.
She enjoyed her trips to Wendover and Las Vegas with her sister, Jackie Stout and cousins, Jolene Endres and Raelynn Larson and many other loved ones.
Her greatest joy in life was being a grandmother.
She is survived by her children, Chuck, Kenny, Sheila, and Teri (Paul) all of Ogden; her grandchildren, Charlie (Tia), Wesley (Savanah), Kami (Jayson), Justin (Rachael), Brandi, Amory and Chad Loe; 21 great-grandchildren, special daughter-in-law Marilyn, and many niece’s, nephew’s, cousin’s and other loved ones.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Charles, son Jack, her parents, granddaughter Carrie Gascon, sister and brother-in-law, Jackie and Estes Stout and her special Uncle William Bay and Aunt June McQuillian.
She will forever be in our hearts and will be loved and missed by all who knew her.
