• Demonstrating great salesmanship
• Following steps of service with enthusiasm
• Using the POS system effectively
• Complying with responsible alcohol service guidelines, including serving guests responsibly
• Cash handling
• Recognizing First-Time Guests
• Exhibiting teamwork
• Making sure your guests never have to ask for anything
