CHEYENNE – A Lyman man was sentenced to five months for being an unlawful user of a controlled substance in this week’s federal court activity.
Jake Edwin Bradshaw, of Lyman, Wyoming, was sentenced by Chief Federal District Court Judge Nancy D. Freudenthal on March 14, 2016, for being an unlawful user of a controlled substance in possession of a firearm. Bradshaw was arrested in Lyman.
He received five months imprisonment, to be followed by three years of supervised release, and was ordered to pay a $100 special assessment.
This case was investigated by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives.

Andrew Paul Jack, 51, of Cheyenne, Wyoming, was sentenced by Chief Federal District Court Judge Nancy D. Freudenthal on March 14, 2016, for attempted online solicitation of a minor. Jack was arrested in Cheyenne. He received 120 months imprisonment, to be followed by ten years of supervised release, and was ordered to pay a $100 special assessment. This case was investigated by the Wyoming Division of Criminal Investigation Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force.
