
This week we have a new vendor who’ll be attending the Downtown Farmer’s Market – Kris Hay with High Altitude Living. Kris is a local chef from Laramie who will be producing fresh smoked salmon as well as gourmet food at the market.
The salmon will be smoked at the market each week and available by the side. He’ll also be offering salmon tacos and salads – perfect for a dinner or picnic. The freshly smoked salmon can be stored in your refrigerator for up to two weeks or frozen. We’re excited about having Kris at the market. We expect his salmon to sell out quickly so be sure you arrive early.
The Downtown Farmer’s Market runs each Thursday through September 25 from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. on South Main Street.
