More Snow, Bitter Cold Temperatures to Remain Through Thursday

High winds, bitter cold temperatures, and more snow is rolling into Wyoming this morning which will make travel difficult over the next several days.

CHEYENNE — Wyoming will remain in the throes of a deep freeze at least through the next several days as another arctic front moves into the state this morning.

The Wyoming Department of Transportation reports that the front is moving in from the north impacting roads along Interstate 90 today. However, as the day continues we’ll see more snow, high winds and poor travel conditions making their way south.

South Pass and Interstate 80 will be impacted by these conditions later this afternoon. Travelers heading eastbound along I-80 are encouraged to monitor the WYDOT website for updated road conditions beginning today through Thursday.
