RIVERTON — The National Weather Service in Riverton is forecasting another blast of arctic weather across Wyoming beginning tonight and lasting all the way through Wednesday.
This new storm front rolling into the Cowboys State will create tough traveling conditions along the interstates and highways for the next several days.
Expect strong winds on Tuesday that will bring snow, black ice, and poor visibility along Interstates 80 and 25 by late Tuesday afternoon.
Wind gusts up to 60 miles an hour were reported earlier this afternoon at South Pass, and we can expect much of the same conditions through around 11 p.m. Wednesday night.
