ROCK SPRINGS – Western Wyoming Community College and the Associated Student Government will welcome acclaimed college entertainer chrisjones (one word) to campus for his signature stage performance, which includes magic, hypnosis, comedy, and the power of suggestion, not necessarily in that order!
This event, which is free and open to the community, will be held at 7 p.m. on Tuesday, March 18, in the WWCC Atrium.
Chrisjones spent seven years living on college campuses and interacting with students, and those experiences have led him to become one of the country’s fastest-rising college acts. Though he initially learned to perform magic tricks as a way to relate to students in his residence halls, the future performer discovered hypnosis in graduate school and incorporated that into his evolving repertoire.
Now, chrisjones performs regularly and to great acclaim at high schools and colleges across the country. In 2012, he was runner-up for the “Fastest-Rising Star Award” as nominated by readers of Campus Activities Magazine.
Chrisjones has received high student praise for his interactive hypnosis show from schools and colleges around the nation. Now he’s bringing his dynamic stage presence and audience-oriented entertainment to Rock Springs for one night only. Community members are encouraged to join Western’s students, faculty and staff for this fun and surprising campus event!
