ROCK SPRINGS — A ribbon cutting for Lowell School will take place on October 12^th at 5:30 pm at 1300 Lowell Ave.

The Lowell School building will be the location for the Sweetwater County School District #1 Transition Program.

This program serves students who are identified with a disability under IDEA (Individuals with Disabilities Education Act of 1990) and are ages 18-21.
