Richard Dale Brice, 70, of Green River, Wyoming passed away on Sunday, October 19, 2014 at the University of Utah in Salt Lake City, Utah.  A longtime resident of Green River, Wyoming and former resident of Louisiana, Mr. Brice passed away suddenly.

He was born on September 28, 1944 in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, the son of Thomas B. Brice and Edith Persick.

Mr. Brice attended schools in Biloxi, Mississippi.

He married Mary L. Brice in February of 1964 in Baton Rouge, Louisiana and she preceded him in death.

Mr. Brice worked as a surface operator for FMC Corporation for thirty years until his retirement in 2005.

His interests included carpentry work, woodworking, hunting, fishing, , gemoligy, being a good husband and father to his family.

Survivors include his mother Edith Morgan of Baton Rouge, Louisiana; two sons Rich Brice, Jr. and wife Rebecca and Clint Brice and wife Korinne, both of Green River, Wyoming; one daughter Debbie Plummer of Rock Springs, Wyoming; four brothers Tommy Brice of Pride, Louisiana, Jim Morgan of Baton Rouge, Louisiana, John Morgan of Baton Rouge, Louisiana and Joe Morgan of Baton Rouge, Louisiana; eleven grandchildren, Michaela, Dalton, Colton, Chad, Andrew, Ashlee, Constance, Ashton, Sydney, Moriah and Taryn; one great-grandchild LaQuan Dakota Brice and several aunts, uncles, cousins, newphews and nieces.

He was preceded in death by his wife Mary Lee Brice, one grandson Colton Brice, father Thomas Brice, step-father Talmage Morgan; uncle Allen Persick and grandfather Paw-Paw Persick.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Wednesday, October 29, 2014 at 10:00 A.M. at the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, 900 Hitching Post Drive, Green River, Wyoming.  A Vigil Service with Rosary will be recited on Tuesday, October 28, 2014 at 6:00 P.M. at the church.  Interment will be in the Riverview Cemetery.  Friends may call at the church on Tuesday from 4:00 P.M. until time of Rosary and on Wednesday, October 29, 2014 at the church until time of services.
