Rock Springs Main Street/URA announces March Volunteer of the Month – Sue Lozier

ROCK SPRINGS — The Organization Committee of the Rock Springs Main Street/URA is pleased to announce their March Volunteer of the Month – Sue Lozier.  During the month of March, Sue volunteered countless hours helping with 1st annual Downtown Chocolate Lovers’ Stroll as well as sitting on the Rods and Rails Car Show committee.

Sue is married to Russ Lozier, who she’s also recruited to volunteer for the Rock Springs Main Street/URA.  She’s lived in Rock Springs for almost 40 years and graduated from Rock Springs High School.  The Loziers have two grown, married children and five grandchildren. Sue has worked for Yates Petroleum Corp. for 11 years, and has been involved with Rock Springs Gymnastics as a director and coach.

Sue said, “I love doing volunteer work; it’s like second nature to me.  Volunteering builds strong cities and we live in one. We have a great community and I have always loved the Downtown area of Rock Springs.  It’s exciting to watch the direction it is going in.”
