ROCK SPRINGS – The Rock Springs Tigers and Lady Tigers started a busy week off on a positive note as both teams grabbed wins over Natrona on Tuesday.

The Lady Tigers scored three times in the first half and added three more in the second for a decisive 6-0 win over the Lady Fillies. Kristen McCrann scored two goals and Alyssa Bedard also added two goals. Kia Comstock and Ali Lange also added goals in the win. Assisting on the goals included Margaret Hamilton, Brissa Proa, Marlene Chavarria, Comstock and Rylee Berry.

This was the first game for the Lady Tigers in almost two weeks. Head Coach Stephen Pyer said it was good to finally get to play against another team rather than beating each other up in practice. He said the team came together and scored its first shutout of the year which was one of the goals for the ladies this season.

The Tigers remained perfect in conference play after a dramatic win on Tuesday as they handed Natrona its first conference loss. After a scoreless first half, Kade Moeller scored one to start the second half and again with two minutes to go to give Rock Springs the 2-1 win.
