ROCK SPRINGS– RSPD is asking for the public’s help in identifying a female suspect in a larceny at Smith’s.

On January 28, 2019, a female suspect stole a cart full of groceries from Smith’s Food and Drug located at 2531 Foothill Boulevard. The female is described as a white or Hispanic female in her 40’s. The suspect was driving a silver Pontiac passenger car.
