ROCK SPRINGS — All 17 businesses the Rock Springs Police Department (RSPD) recently conducted alcohol compliance checks at passed. Of these, 14 had previously failed November’s compliance checks.
On December 6, RSPD officers conducted 17 alcohol compliance checks. The results of these checks showed a 100 percent compliance rate, according to a RSPD social media post.
“These checks were with the establishments that failed our November compliance checks and with a couple of the establishments that were not open during the November checks,” the RSPD stated.
The employee of each establishment, who was involved in the compliance check, received a gift card for their diligence in preventing alcohol sales to underage purchasers.
