ROCK SPRINGS — The Southwest Wyoming Regional Airport’s upcoming Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBE) Consultation Meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, July 24 at 1:30 PM Mountain Standard Time.
The airport is required by Federal Regulations to hold this meeting every three years as they are establishing their DBE participation goals for capital construction projects.
Anyone with an interest advising the airport on the availability of qualified DBE companies is encouraged to call-in per the notice.

DISADVANTAGED BUSINESS ENTERPRISES GOAL-SETTING CONSULTATION
As per 49 CFR 26.45(g)(1) (i), a teleconference will be held Tuesday, July 24, 2018, beginning at 1:30 P.M. Mountain Standard Time to discuss the overall DBE goals for Federal Fiscal Years 2018 – 2021 for the Southwest Wyoming Regional Airport, Rock Springs, Wyoming. The purpose of this consultation is to receive stakeholder input relevant to the DBE goal-setting process. Encouraged to participate are minority, women’s, and general contractor groups, community organizations, and other officials or organizations which could be expected to have information concerning the availability of disadvantaged and non-disadvantaged businesses, the effects of discrimination on opportunities for Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBEs), and to assist in efforts to establish a level playing field for the participation of DBEs.
