SHERIDAN – A memorable moment for high school sports fans is saying goodbye to the senior players. For many of these players, it marks the end of their playing careers.

For one Rock Springs senior, her days on the basketball court are not quite done. Rock Springs Lady Tiger Stevie Hill will represent RSHS one last time as she has been picked to represent Wyoming in the annual Montana vs. Wyoming All-Star games this summer.

The games are for seniors only and will take place on Friday June 10th at Sheridan, and on Saturday June 11th at Billings, Montana. Sheridan College Men’s Basketball Coach Matt Hammer and Women’s Basketball Coach Frank McCarthy will lead the Wyoming squads. Wyoming lost all four games to Montana last summer.

Hill was not only a leader for the Lady Tigers last season, she was also one of the best guards in the state. Hill averaged 14.6 points which was second in the 4A West Conference and fourth in all of 4A. She was also fifth in the 4A West in rebounding with five boards a game and 10th in assists with right around two a game. She was also in the top ten in steals averaging 2.2 a game.
