Thomas Halsey Rodda, 37, passed away Monday, January 24, 2022 at his home in Rock Springs, Wyoming. He was a lifelong resident of Rock Springs. Thomas died following a lengthy courageous battle.
He was born October 15, 1984 in Rock Springs, Wyoming; the son of Douglas Wayne Rodda Sr. and Patti Kae Orester.
Thomas attended schools in Rock Springs, Wyoming and was a 2003 graduate of McHill High School.
He worked at Solvay Chemicals for the past 7 years as a Surface Utility Worker.
Thomas loved spending time with family especially his children. He enjoyed the outdoors; camping; fishing; hunting; shooting and BBQ’s with friends and family.
Survivors include his parents, Douglas Rodda Sr. of Rock Springs, Wyoming; Patti Kae Orester of Rock Springs, Wyoming; one son Carter Halsey Rodda of Rock Springs, Wyoming; one daughter, Madison Louise Rodda of Rock Springs, Wyoming; two brothers, Steven Rodda of Rock Springs, Wyoming; Phillip Rodda and wife Christian of Rock Springs, Wyoming; one sister, Melissa Lyle and husband Aaron of Washington State; several aunts; uncles, cousins; nieces; nephews.
He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents; maternal grandparents; step mother Jo Suftko Rodda; one brother, Doug Rodda Jr; one nephew, Kyle Rodda.

Cremation will take place; a Celebration of Life will be conducted at 11 a.m. Monday January 31, 2022 at Emmanuel Baptist Church, 3309 Sweetwater Drive, Rock Springs, Wyoming.
