Three former Lady Tiger Basketball players start college seasons

ROCK SPRINGS – Three former Lady Tiger Basketball players started a new season at the college level. Courtney Patterson started her senior season at Black Hills State, Porsha Wadsworth at Dickinson State and Savanna Freuler at Central Wyoming.

Best of Luck to Lady Tiger Alumni Courtney Patterson. Courtney begins her senior year playing basketball for the Black Hills State Yellow Jackets this season.

Patterson played for the Lady Tigers in 2007, 2008, 2009, and 2010 under then head coach Darcy Bath. She played her first two years at Central Wyoming Community College playing both Basketball and Volleyball. She transferred to BHSU to play basketball as a junior and redshirted the 2012-2013 season. Last year her yellow jacket team had great success and are picked to be a contender for the RMAC title this year, her senior year.

 

 

Porsha Wadsworth

Another Lady Tiger alumni making her mark in collegiate basketball. Best of Luck to Porsha Wadsworth and her Dickinson State Bluehawks basketball team.

This year will be Porsha’s final year. Porsha graduated RSHS in 2011, played two years at Central Wyoming Community College and then transferred to Dickinson State to play her final two years.

 

 

Savanna Freuler

Best of Luck to Savanna “BAM” Freuler as she starts her first year of collegiate basketball at Central Wyoming Community College.

Savannah is a 2014 graduate of Rock Springs High School.

This past summer, Freuler represented Rock Springs in the 2014 Wyoming Coaches Association All-Star Girls Basketball Game as part of the South Squad.
