ROCK SPRINGS — Recent prostitution arrests by the Rock Springs Police Department are the result of a tip received by the Rock Springs Police Department’s Street Crime Unit. The Wyoming Highway Patrol also assisted in the investigation.
According to Chief Dwane Pacheco:
On November 3rd, 2015, Rock Springs Police Department Street Crimes Unit received a tip that there may be illegal prostitution activity occurring at Motel 6 located at 2615 Commercial Way. Investigation into the tip confirmed that the alleged activity was occurring at Motel 6. Detectives along with Wyoming Highway Patrol Troopers responded to Motel 6. Detectives observed multiple individuals entering and later exiting a motel room.
Investigation revealed that Katrina Ross, 30 of Las Vegas was committing acts of prostitution. Officers made contact with four male individuals who were subsequently arrested on a variety of charges.
Katrina Ross was arrested for Prostitution, under Wyoming State Statute. Davinci Dupree, 31 of Las Vegas, NV was arrested for Promoting Prostitution under Wyoming State Statute. Robert William Henderson, 44, Nicholas Matthew Suhr, 22 both of Rock Springs, and Miguel A Munoz, 32 of Green River, were arrested for Soliciting Prostitution, under Wyoming State Statute.
All persons are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
