ROCK SPRINGS — Two 2026 graduates of Rock Springs High School received the Larry Gessner Memorial Scholarship recently. Vi Gessner presented Shad Frazier and Kellen McBurnett with the $2,000 scholarships.
Frazier will be attending the University of Wyoming in the fall and majoring in construction management. McBurnett will also be attending UW and majoring in mechanical engineering.
