ROCK SPRINGS – The Organization Committee of the Rock Springs Main Street/URA is pleased to announce their June Volunteer of the Month – Francine Parks.
Francine spent over eight hours planting flowers in Downtown Rock Springs earlier in June.
A Rock Springs native, Francine is married with one grown child. She’s a graduate of Rock Springs High School and Western Wyoming Community College with a paralegal degree. She recently retired after 27 years as a paralegal. Francine was looking for volunteer opportunities and loves to garden and spend time outdoors.
URA Director Chad Banks said when she saw the call for help to plant flowers, it was the perfect job for her.
