William Joseph Dineen, 52, passed away Monday, October 4, 2021 at the University of Utah in Salt Lake City, Utah. He was a resident of Rock Springs, Wyoming for the past eleven years and former resident of Twenty Nine Palms, Florida.
He was born June 6, 1969 in Albany Georgia: the son of Nicholas Bowen and Yolanda Micheale Peck.
Mr. Dineen attended schools in Florida. He was a 1987 graduate of Nathan Bedford High School. He attended Daytona State College and received his Associates of Arts in Culinary Cooking and Baking School His life partner was Adrian Jaimes.
He worked at Albertson’s Bakery for eight years as a Cake Baker and Decorator.
Survivors include his parents, Yolanda Bates and husband Russell of Rock Springs, Wyoming; one brother, Christopher Thomas Mann of Washington, D.C.; one sister, Catherine E. Wooten; one niece, Hilari Knox; two nephews, Christian Boyd and Zachary Boyd.
He is preceded in death by his father, Nicholas Bowen; one sister, Lisa Boyd; his maternal grandparents, Steve Machak and wife Catherine.
Cremation will take place; a Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
