Areas of heavy snow will be possible in the central basins and mountains.

This activity will continue for Tuesday into Wednesday morning, with the focus of the heavy snow shifting to Natrona County Tuesday night into Wednesday.

Blizzard conditions may also be possible for portions of Johnson County Tuesday into Wednesday morning.

Most areas west of the divide will see snow all day Monday.

Rain and snow will spread east of the divide Monday afternoon and evening.

Much of the state will then see snow Tuesday into Wednesday morning, possibly heavy at times across central portions.

Snow totals by Wednesday morning will range from 12-to-24 inches across central portions of the state, with four-to-eight inches elsewhere.

There is no doubt travel will be difficult to impossible at times across western and central Wyoming.

However, it is best to check the latest road reports from WYDOT, before traveling.
