GREEN RIVER– The Green River High School Wolves basketball team dropped its first game of the 4A West Regional Tournament in a tough match up with Natrona, 58-56, resulting in their heartbreaking elimination from the regional and state tournament.
The Wolves came back from a 17 point deficit, but could not pull ahead to take the win. Their season comes to an end, and it is the ninth consecutive season the Wolves will not go to the state tournament.
