CHEYENNE – The Wyoming Aeronautics Commission will conduct its quarterly business meeting on Nov. 17, beginning at 8:30 a.m. in the WYDOT Aeronautics Division conference room at 200 E. 8th Ave. in Cheyenne.
The commission will meet for a work session on Nov. 16, beginning at 9:30 a.m. at the same location. Included on the agenda for the work session are presentations on the pilot shortage, funding, engineering and the Wyoming Aviation Capital Improvement Plan.

The seven commission members are appointed by the governor for six-year terms, and approve grants and loans of state and federal money for airport construction, maintenance, improvements, marketing and air service enhancements.
They meet in person quarterly, and conduct teleconferences on the third Tuesday of each of the other eight months.
