GREEN RIVER – The City of Green River recently recognize the accomplishments of Airman Norrissa I. Chitica. Ms. Chitica recently completed boot camp to become an Airman in the United States Air Force and is now stationed in Italy. Ms. Chitica’s parents, Tony and Elizabeth Chitica received the plaque of recognition in her honor.
