AFTON – It was all Braves as the Green River Wolves opened up the final week of regular season play with a loss on the road, 74-30.

The Star Valley Braves showed why they are the fifth-ranked team in 3A as they rolled in the non-conference battle. Behind Chance Hofer and Devin Love, the Wolves had an early lead in the first but the Braves ended the first quarter on a 12-0 run and never looked back.

Star Valley extended the lead in the second quarter outscoring Green River, 20-9. At the break, the Braves held a commanding 22-point advantage. The GRHS offense continued to struggle in the second half. After scoring 16 in the first half, the Wolves were only able to manage 14 in the second.
